1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website, services, games, and all content provided by RWC77. This Agreement takes effect when you:

• Registering a new account at RWC77;
• Log in to your existing account;
• Accessing any section of the platform RWC77; or
• Using any service offered by RWC77.

Your continued use of this platform after any changes to the terms take effect means you accept those revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

2Eligibility & Registration

To use the service RWC77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years at the time of registration. RWC77 will not open an account for underage individuals under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• One Account: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at RWC77. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Non-Staff: Employees, their immediate family members, or business partners RWC77 are not eligible to register as a regular member.

RWC77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad or passport) at any time to confirm user eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3User Account

Once you have successfully registered an account at RWC77, you accept the following responsibilities:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that takes place in your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
• Immediate Reporting: You must notify RWC77 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Update Information: You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date should any changes occur.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

RWC77 offers a variety of safe and convenient payment methods for our Malaysian members:

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per application.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• All bonus rollover requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• RWC77 reserves the right to request identity verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — the account must be in the same member's name.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by RWC77 — including welcome bonus of up to RM 888 — subject to the following terms:

• Rollover Requirements: Each bonus carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover rate is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each bonus may only be claimed once per unique account.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Any bonus not used within this period will expire automatically.
• Bonus Combination: Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus rollover requirements. Each game carries a different contribution rate.
• Right to Void: RWC77 reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings obtained through fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.

RWC77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. The decision of RWC77 regarding bonuses and promotions is final.

6Betting & Gaming

Use of the betting and gaming platform RWC77 subject to the following rules:

• Sports Betting: All bets placed on RWC77 — covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL), badminton, cricket, e-sports, and more — are final once confirmed by the system.
• Odds: RWC77 reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. The applicable odds are those in effect at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Game Results: All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been independently audited to ensure fairness.
• Technical Disruptions: RWC77 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a game interruption, RWC77 reserves the right to void or refund such bets at its sole discretion.
• Unauthorised Betting: Any bets identified as fraudulent, manipulated, or in breach of our terms will be voided without payout.
• Betting Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game. The latest limits are displayed within the respective game interface.

7Responsible Gaming

RWC77 cares about the wellbeing of our members. We provide a range of tools to help you play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Bet Limits: Set a maximum limit on the amount you can wager in a single gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Set a loss limit to prevent losing more than you can afford.
• Self-Exclusion: You may apply to exclude yourself from the platform on a temporary basis (1 to 12 months) or permanently.
• Reality Check: A session time reminder feature that alerts you to how long you have been playing.

8Prohibitions & Misuse

The following are strictly prohibited at RWC77:

• Registering more than one account (whether under your own name or using another person's details);
• Use of bots, automation software, artificial intelligence, or any third-party tools to play or place bets;
• Any form of fraud, game manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities;
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions through arbitrage, hedging, or other unauthorised methods;
• Using another person's account, with or without their knowledge;
• Any money laundering activity or financing of illegal activities through the platform RWC77;
• Sharing an account with family members or friends to obtain multiple bonus benefits;
• Registering under another person's name or using a false identity.

Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, which may include account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and/or legal action where applicable.

9Privacy & Data Security

RWC77 is committed to protecting your privacy. The use of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. In brief:

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account verification, payment processing, and service delivery;
• All data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption;
• We comply with Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA);
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes;
• You have the right to access, update, and request the deletion of your personal data.

10Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, RWC77 will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on our platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Service disruptions due to maintenance, system updates, or events beyond our control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurred through no negligence on our part.

Maximum liability amount RWC77 to any member, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Account Termination

By Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team RWC77. Any remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be refunded to you within 3–5 business days.

By RWC77: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any of the terms in this document;
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse;
• You fail to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe;
• Your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months.

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

RWC77 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Notice of changes will be posted on our website and/or sent via email to your registered address.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
